Extensive maintenacne will be underway at the St. Lawrence Community Recreation Centre at 230 The Esplanade.  Among the work that is scheduled to to occur is:

• Replacement of the pool roof
• Installation of new air conditioning, ventilation, and heat systems
• Lighting retrofit for energy efficiency
• Various minor repairs

As a result of the maintenance, there will be closures at the recreation centre.

The pool will be closed from August 30 to October 16.

The entire community centre will be closed from August 30 to September 6.
