The rezoning application proposes a 15-storey mixed-use building with 162 dwelling units and retail space on the ground floor that is proposed to be occupied by a Beer Store. The proposal includes 65 parking spaces and 212 bicycle parking spaces. Staff are recommending that the proposed rezoning be refused. The Refusal Report will be available online and by request as of March 28, 2017.
