To permit a 12-storey mixed-use building (42 metres plus a 5-metre mechanical penthouse), which would include 254 square metres of retail and 4,604 square metres of office uses on the first 5 floors, and 30 live-work units above. A total of 40 parking spaces are proposed below grade.
