Proposal: This Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment is to seek permission to develop a 49-storey tower consisting of 495 residential units, 404 square metres of commercial space, 201 vehicular parking spaces within a 6-level garage (3 levels below-grade, 3 levels above-grade) and 632 bicycle parking spaces.
